1 General Overview

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the 15bdb platform and its users ("you" or "player"). 15bdb is an online betting and casino platform that provides entertainment services to players in Bangladesh.

By using our website or application, opening an account, or participating in any game or betting activity, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Single Account

Each player may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found operating from the same device, IP address, or payment method, they will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false or misleading information is prohibited. If verification is required, 15bdb may request relevant documents.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You should not allow anyone else to use your account. Notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

• Use a strong password that includes numbers, letters, and special characters.
• Never share your password with anyone.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, change your password immediately.

3 Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use the 15bdb platform. Minors (those under 21 years of age) are strictly prohibited from accessing or using this platform.

Furthermore, it is the player's own responsibility to ensure they are not using 15bdb from a region where online gaming or betting is legally prohibited. Before using the platform, you must confirm that it is lawful in your area.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

You can deposit funds to 15bdb using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposits are generally processed quickly and credited to your account.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Withdrawal processing typically takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours. Please ensure that the mobile number or account used for withdrawal belongs to you and matches the information registered on your account.

4.3 Verification

For security purposes, 15bdb may request a national identity card or other documents to verify your identity for large withdrawals. The withdrawal process may be delayed until verification is complete.

4.4 Transaction Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies are not accepted.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳12,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 and your total balance will be ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus must meet a 20x wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn. This requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not the total balance.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms and conditions that will apply.
• An offer cannot be claimed more than once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from the bonus after the wagering requirements are met will be withdrawable.
• 15bdb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment only — if bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be investigated.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet will only be considered valid once a successful confirmation is received from the 15bdb system. If a bet is not completed due to a technical error, the amount will be returned to the account.

6.2 Maximum Winnings Limit

A maximum winnings limit is set separately for each game or event. If winnings from any single bet exceed the set limit, only up to the maximum limit will be paid out.

6.3 Sports Betting

Odds in sports betting are variable and may change up until the event begins. Bets will be settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was placed. Odds may change in live betting due to internet latency.

6.4 Event Cancellation

If a sports event is cancelled or suspended and does not resume within the scheduled time, the related bets will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all deposits and winnings:

• Fraudulent activity, including the use of software or tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions by operating multiple accounts.
• Collusion — attempting to manipulate outcomes by conspiring with other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Knowingly exploiting system bugs or errors and failing to report them.
• Engaging in threatening, harassing, or abusive behaviour towards support staff or other players.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Account Closure by 15bdb

15bdb reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without providing a reason — particularly if a breach of the Terms is suspected.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please notify our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Please contact our support team for further details.
